Order Cancellation

At Simply French, we understand that you may need to cancel an order. Our cancellation policy is designed to be clear and in compliance with UK consumer law.

Cancelling Before Dispatch

You may cancel your order at any time before it is dispatched by contacting us at support@simply-french.com.

If your order has not yet shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Cancelling After Dispatch (Cooling-Off Period)

Under UK law, you have the right to cancel your online order within 14 days of receiving your items, without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, email us at support@simply-french.com within 14 days of delivery.

You must return the items in unused condition with original packaging and tags within 14 days of notifying us.

Once we receive your return, we will issue a full refund, including the original standard delivery cost (excluding Express or expedited shipping).

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order details. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
